Hear ye! Hear ye! The fare is fantastic at the Liberty Tree Tavern!

I am always searching for good sit down dining options at the Magic Kingdom.  We’ve been to Be Our Guest and the Skipper’s Cantina and enjoyed both.  Cinderella’s Royal Table is good, but not one we always want to experience.  There’s always Tony’s Town Square, but we are not big fans of their food.  Coming from a strong Italian background with amazing chefs in my life, Tony’s falls very short of good Italian food.  So, what else is there in the Magic Kingdom?  Quick service burgers and chicken tenders?  No thanks!   Continue reading

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to go to Walt Disney World without kids?  When our children were younger, we absolutely loved taking them to Walt Disney World! We always had such a blast, and created so many great memories! But now they’re grown up and married with families of their own. Does this mean that trips to Disney are no longer in our future? Staying Cool in the Queues at Walt Disney World Resort

As an educator, I mostly visit Walt Disney World Resort during the warmer parts of the year while we are on break. In order to keep everyone in my family in a magical mood during our trips, one of the goals is to keep them cool. There are plenty of ways to stay cool including using misting fans, dressing in light clothing and avoiding the parks during the hottest part of the day, etc. but there are also attractions that help with a little cool down time as well.
