The start of my favorite event at Walt Disney World Resort – the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival – is just around the corner. The festival starts September 25 and runs through November 16, offering 53 wonderful days of culture and cuisine. This year also marks 20 years the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival has been taking place and will feature more than 30 global marketplaces, including some new experiences in Future World and some pretty fantastic commemorative merchandise. Here is a first look at some of the merchandise commemorating this milestone anniversary.
There are three distinct art programs for this year’s merchandise. The World Showcase logo program includes icons from each of the 11 pavilions. The Disney character program will feature Mickey Mouse and Figment dressed as chefs. And, the “Brews Around the World” assortment, a fan favorite, is returning from previous years.
Guests can expect Vinylmation of the Swedish Chef from The Muppets, collectible pins on recipe cards, and three new Dooney & Bourke handbags. Guests will also find drinkware, four different appetizer plates, and some holiday ornaments.

Personally, I love the salt and pepper shaker trash cans that were part of the inspiration for items released at the Marketplace Co-op. I also see a set of new wine glasses in my cabinets in the near future.

I am not a real big Dooney & Bourke fan (sshhh, I am a Coach girl), but I love the designs for the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. I just might have to treat myself to a hipster!

There is a wide array of kitchen items that would fit perfectly in any foodies kitchen. The new “Brews” commemorative tumblers are really sweet and I think my husband should have a set. For me, the dish towels are an absolute must and will be a nice addition to all of the other Disney designs I already have.
The best place to find many of these items will be in the Festival Center. This location is found in Future World between Universe of Energy and Mission: SPACE pavilions. Additional merchandise locations throughout World Showcase will also carry select items but there are no plans at this time to carry these items on Disney Parks online store.
