There are even Fish Guides souvenirs available to help you identify the fish that appear before your eyes. Keep an eye out for a scuba-diving Mickey Mouse!  

The cuisine is outstanding and the menu changes seasonally but may include lobster orecchiette pasta, seared salmon and a sustainable catch of the day served atop roasted mushroom risotto. Landlubbers can dine on oven-roasted chicken breast or seared steaks. Make sure you save room for dessert….turtle cheesecake and the chocolate waves are fan favorites.
