Epcot Flower and Garden Festival Outdoor Kitchen Menus
Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival is getting ready to kick off March 4th through May 17th. We have a list of the menus for the popular Outdoor Kitchens. While there are not as many kiosks as there are during the Food and Wine Festival, there are still enough notable outdoor kitchens featuring small tapas-style plates to keep even the most particular foodies happy.
The Outdoor Kitchens will be set up around the World Showcase promenade offering tantalizing regional and international delights with an emphasis on farm fresh-to-table cuisines. Continue reading

This evening, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will honor the best films of 2014 during the 87th Academy Awards ceremony at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. Tinseltown will be a buzz all day as the clock ticks closer to the biggest event of the year for the motion picture industry.
This morning as my husband and I were engaged in our normal ritual of coffee while watching CBS Sunday Morning, we were deeply intrigued by the coverage of Oscar history. While there was little mention of my favorite visionary of all time, I started to think about Walt Disney and all the times he was honored with not only nominations, but also with historic wins of the coveted golden Oscar. It’s a boy! The baby boom continues at Disney’s Animal Kingdom as the team of zoological experts and cast members of the park welcome a new white rhino calf to their herd.
