Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café opened yesterday with a newly reimagined menu featuring Tex-Mex fare. Sometime ago, the taco salad was removed from the menu causing quite a stir among Pecos Bill fans. Now, gone are the burgers we all love, but fans of the fix ins bar, don’t worry, it’s still there and said to be better than ever with sauces, salsas, peppers, onions, cheese and much more.

New entrees at the this quick-service venue include rice bowls and burritos with your choice of beef, chicken, or veggies as well as stark or chicken fajitas. A new Southwest Chicken salad is a great option for those looking for the lighter side of dining.

Guests can also find traditional tortilla chips and delicious Chicken Enchilada Soup as a side dish option. For those of you with a sweet tooth…not worry. Pecos Bills will serve mini churros with dipping chocolate and Sopapillas, a crispy, fried pastry make for a great ending to the new offerings!
