Got a beastly appetite? Animal Kingdom dining is likely to satisfy the wildest of cravings. While the Animal Kingdom mostly offers counter service food, we have found that is offers some of the best counter service food in all the parks. Flame Tree Barbecue on Discovery Island is a fan favorite, not just for it’s delicious barbecued fare but for it’s atmosphere and it’s waterfront seating.
Animal Kingdom offers three sit-down dining options for it’s guests to choose from – The Rainforest Cafe, Yak & Yeti and The Tusker House, which is also the only character dining experience in the park. Guests do not need admission to the parks to dine at the Rainforest Cafe as it does have two entrances, one being on the outside of the park but it does differ from it’s Downtown Disney sister in that it accepts reservations and also serves a wonderful breakfast.
Reservations are highly recommended for the table service venues, especially during the busy seasons, and are available 180 days in advance. All of your dining arrangements can be made in advance of your arrival by calling:
