Yesterday we did a little exploring on the Village Causeway and the new kiosk shops and today we are going to explore the other new shops at Downtown Disney. There are some great new additions to the shopping mecca soon to become Disney Springs.
We were starving so we decided to grab a bite to eat at Paradiso 37, as well as a couple of margaritas, but I couldn’t keep my mind off of getting into these new shops right across the way and of course the sweet little bakery that caught my eye on the way to lunch.
There are several new things to check out – and I love that some of the shops are geared towards men. My husband who will usually sit patiently, not so patiently, outside while I shop was actually in the shops checking them out.
The Art of Shaving – This is a very cool shop. In a world where women get all the luxuries, this is a nice change – and it smells great in there. Here you will find wonderful products any man would love for an upgrade of the morning shave. Prepare, lather up, shave and moisturize in ultimate luxury.
Sanuk – This SoCal retailer offers the ultimate comfort in shoes for men, women and kids with fun, funk, and function in mind. The relaxed styles and flip flops are made from the same materials that yoga mats and beer coozies are made from. They are seriously comfortable and provide a great foot bed for comfort. Their tagline says it all….”try them on for sighs.”
Sound Lion – Roaring into Downtown Disney, Sound Lion offers premium personal and home sound products with the latest technology in headphones, earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, and other digital sound and music products. Here is where you will find the latest and greatest products from sound companies such as JBL, SkullCandy and Beats by Dr. Dre.

And, last but not least…..the sweet little bakery that was calling my name. I have a wicked sweet tooth and am a firm believer that sugar is one of the major food groups!

If you are dining around the Downtown Disney area, I recommend leaving a little room for one of Erin McKenna’s cupcakes. They are truly sinful!
