One Less Line to Wait in at WDW

IMG_7430Here’s some great news from the resort front.  Now there is one less line to wait in at WDW!  Starting this month, guest have the option of by-passing the lobby check-in procedures and going directly to their room.

In order to take part in this new perk, Guest must meet the following requirements:

  • Have MagicBands for the current stay in their possession.
  • Complete the online check in process
  • Be paid in full for your reservations
  • Set up a credit card on your My Disney Experience Account with a PIN
  • Provide contact information – either text or email

Guests who have completed all the steps will receive a message via text or  email prior to their arrival that will provide them with their room number and the luxury of going directly to their room rather than standing in line at the Guest Services counter to check in.

Unfortunately, if you did not have your bands shipped to your home, you will have to stand in line to get them from Guest Services at your resort.

Upon arrival at your resort, Guests will be welcomed by a Cast Member waiting curbside and will be given the option to choose to go directly to their room or complete a traditional check-in.  Guests will be required to show a valid form of ID to the Cast Member.
