cowboy or cowgirl. Modeled after an old west saloon, Pecos Bill has both indoor and outdoor seating and is one of the more popular counter service spots in all of Walt Disney World. Angus burgers, pork sandwiches and wraps might be on the top of the list, but it is the “fixins” bar and the smell of the sautéed mushrooms and onions that draw in the hungry crowds.
